“I can't say enough good things about my experience with AutoPark Kia and especially Henry! I live in Chapel Hill, but I was on the West Coast for a business trip when I started shopping for a car. I expected it to be stressful handling everything from across the country, but Henry made it unbelievably easy.
From the first call, he was friendly, honest, and completely professional. He worked around my schedule, answered every question right away, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Even negotiating the deal was simple. There was no pressure and no games, just straightforward communication and outstanding service.
By the time I got back home to Chapel Hill, everything was ready to go exactly as promised. It was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you're anywhere in the area, skip the other dealerships and go straight to AutoPark Kia. Ask for Henry. He's the one you want to work with!”

“Incredible experience with Alex Higginbotham. I came in looking to get a car and he helped me solve all my car problems. He gave me exactly what I was looking for. I needed to get rid of my old car and was not sure if I was going to be able to get what I needed. So professional, friendly and knowledgeable. “I used to trust this dealership for my regular oil changes on my Stinger, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. David was the advisor who took in my car.
I explained a noise issue I was experiencing and also asked for routine service. David recommended rotation, balancing, and a few other offers, which I agreed to. However, when I came back to pick up my car, he told me they didn’t notice any noise. I stressed this multiple times, but he dismissed my concerns and just wanted me to pay and leave.
The worst part came afterward. I had a 15-hour road trip planned, and within 30 minutes of driving, the car started vibrating heavily — something that had never happened before. I found another shop on the way, where they confirmed the rotation wasn’t done properly at all. So not only was I charged for work that wasn’t done right, but the service also left my car unsafe for a long trip and the noise is still there.
I sent my concerns to the dealership, but no one ever followed up. This experience has destroyed my trust in their service. What once felt like a reliable place has clearly gone downhill, and I can’t recommend or rely on their expertise anymore.”

“My sales rep Henry was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and made sure I understood every step. He worked with me to get the deal I wanted with no pressure, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. Henry went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his honesty, communication, and dedication to helping me drive away happy in my new car. If I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be coming back to work with Henry again.”

“This happened over two weeks ago and i wanted to share my experience. When i walked into this dealership after my last visit to a dealership, i was excited that i was immediately greated and asked what brought me in. As soon as i mentioned what brought me in the vehicle was brought to the front of the store by Marc H. where i looked at it and touch it. After i left and informed them them that i would be back the following day. When i arrived the following day, i asked for the sales rep marc who had i had spoken to the day before but he was unavailable at that time *his late day coming in* so a guy named Terence Terell or something along those lines was to help me until Marc arrived. He then proceeded to bring the vehicle to the front. Again on day two, i gave the vehicle a thorough look and i believe this was around july 24th or so and when i opened the compartment i found the inspection paperswork. The said vehicle up for sale and being shown had failed inspection on 7/16/25. Which they failed to mention the day before or on this day. When i started asking Terence why they would want to sell a vehicle with a failed inspection; he was not trying to listen to me and stating "it only failed because of the window tints and making it seem that i should buy the vehicle as is. I informed him that i was not interested in buying the vehicle with the failed inspection. He then told me he could take the vehicle to the shop and it would take 5-10 mins for the heavy tint to be removed and inspection to be done again. I agreed to this then went inside to sit and wait. 5 mins later Terence the sales rep walked towards me with a computer stating "we can start the paperwork for buying the vehicle" when i asked him if the car was already done, inspected and passed inspection...he proceeded to tell me that there was another vehicle ahead of it and he could not give me a timeframe as to when this vehicle i was interested in would be looked at. At this time, as frustrated as he was that i was unwilling to do the paperwork without this issue being rectified, i told him i would leave and return the next day ready to make a purchase once the car was ready-passed inspection. Next morning, i changed my car insurance to the new vehicle and as i headed to auto kia, i called them just to give them a heads up that i would be there and asking if the vehicle was ready. To my utter suprise Marc sharply told me that the vehicle had been sold the day prior after i left the shop. Whether it was sold without passing inspection i will never know. But i definitely will not be gojng back to buy a vehicle here.”
