He is very professional, very honest, his communication and insight made the entire process very positive. I have bought many new vehicles over the years and I have never had the experience I have had with this gentleman. He is like buying a new vehicle from a good friend. I drove an hour and a half to do business with him specifically just based on how he communicated with me, and the honesty he showed, and I am so glad I did. “From the time we pulled up, we were greeted by a nice man who was patient and showed us a couple of different trucks that my husband wanted to look at. Eventually, we settled on one 2026 Chevy 2500 HD ZR2. Everybody was very nice and the purchase went smoothly. This is my husband’s first new vehicle he’s ever purchased and it’s his dream vehicle. Thank you for making his dreams come true. I’ve never seen him smile so much.”

“If you are considering trusting Jerry’s Chevrolet with your vehicle — please think twice.
My elderly mother took her Cadillac SUV here for warranty work, having purchased it brand new in 2020. What followed has been months of stress and ultimately the loss of a luxury vehicle and $15,000 out of pocket to get a basic SUV replacement.
While her car was in their possession, a hailstorm hit the area. The dealership had their new inventory covered, protecting those vehicles, but left my mom’s SUV sitting out unprotected despite plenty of open covered spaces (see photos). The result: a busted windshield, glass on the dash, and hail damage all over the car. She took more care with their loaner vehicle than they did with her own (turning down her out-of-town trip to keep it safe from hail when she heard there was to be possible weather).
The dealership’s response? They told her her insurance would need to cover the damage — even though the car was in their custody and their lot when it was destroyed. No apology beyond a casual “sorry.”
After weeks of waiting for warranty work, they sent her home with her car — now hail damaged and the original problem never found or repaired.
Her insurance totaled the SUV, charged her a $1,000 deductible, and left her with a payout that didn’t come close to replacing what she lost. She had to add $14,000 of her own money just to get a basic SUV. In short, Jerry’s Chevrolet cost her a 4-year-old luxury SUV and $15,000 out of pocket — all because they failed to protect a customer’s vehicle in their care.
This wasn’t just “bad luck.” There were weather alerts & a history of 24 hailstorm reports within 10 miles in just the last three years. Jerry’s knew the risk, protected their inventory, and neglected hers.
They will not take care of you. will not communicate on what the issue is as you wait weeks, and will not stand behind their responsibility to protect your vehicle. Please learn from our experience before you trust them with yours.
My large extended family has purchased from Jerry's for 30+ years. My parents have bought at least 10 cars from them in my lifetime. Never again.”
