I took in my Malibu for acceleration problems and reduced engine power. I told them they can have my vehicle as long as they need, which they had for several business days. I told the codes it was throwing. They told me to replace the battery, which was $800. A couple weeks later the vehicle broke down because the turbo went out. I took it to another shop, close to the break down, that immediately diagnosed the problem using a known Chevy TSB. It was uncovered that the reduced engine power was due to oil and water freezing in the intercooler and seeing as the Chevy dealership didn't fix that, the turbo failed. This repair took days, I missed work, had to pay for transportation, and it was a $4k fix. I contacted this dealership again asking if I could simply discuss this poor experience. They asked some questions, I answered, and then was given no response. A manager, nor anyone, called to discuss, offer any explanation or resolution. I have taken my vehicle to a Chevy dealership for all previous work and haven't had a problem, to be expected that they'd know best how to diagnose and fix problems on a Chevy vehicle. That is not the case with this location.

I was shopping for a new Chevy Trax or Equinox and stopped in to a couple of different dealers. I was in this dealership twice working with Owen, who was very patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I did see a better price advertised and when Jake reached out to me I mentioned that. He matched that price even though the Trax here had more options and also matched the trade in value on the car I was trading in. That made the sale and I picked up my new Trax the next day. Everything went well and I was in and out in less than an hour. It's nice to know a dealer values your business and is willing to go above and beyond to give you the best deal. I buy a lot of cars and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I'll definitely go back here for my next car purchase.

We could not have been happier with the service all around from the entire staff. Jake was fast and fair to work with. Juan and the crew were efficient and accommodating. Juan even helped clean out our old car to transfer to the new. What a great help.

After the appointment I realized they didn't review all 3 things that I brought the car in for. So, 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Unfortunately the warranty didn't pick up the repair costs because I brought it in too soon after the purchase. I'll have to wait for the purchase to "process". Apparently, there is a shuttle, which is cool. There is a nest of birds outside the service area that are extremely grumpy, or they hadn't been fed yet. I LOVE the amount of charging stations and the fact they have a ChargePoint fast charger out front. Awesome. The waiting room is nice but no free snacks. Tasty coco.
