“I was a big fan of this dealership before it was sold. Bought 2 cars there and have had three regularly serviced there over the last seven years but will not be going back. It seems that everything we liked has been changed. No more free oil change, no more free inspection (for cars purchased there) and now you can’t even schedule an oil change and inspection for the same day—even when paying for what used to be free. I feel badly for the excellent staff that is still there and has to deal with the new owners and management. We’ll miss them since they were very helpful and trustworthy but can’t assume they will be allowed to stay that way.”
