Firstly, the charges incurred for the repair of my 2018 Ford Escape’s headlights were excessively high, lacking any reasonable justification. Additionally, I encountered significant difficulties in communicating with the service advisor, as their inbox was perpetually full, making it impossible to reach them. Furthermore, the service manager exhibited a lack of courtesy and was uncooperative, showing no willingness to assist in resolving my concerns.
