“I had a horrible experience here. Waited several hours between test drive and purchase. Read the paperwork all of it before you purchase! The sticker price was way under what I was charged. I trusted the salespeople too much and was bamboozled. I called my salesperson and he promised he would take care of the overpayment. He talked with the guy who did my financing who promised me that a check would be sent to the credit union for reimbursement. This was also confirmed by the manager. The sales person said it would take two months to process this! 2 months gone and no word. Because Im a decent human being Im not naming names but you know who you are, so disappointed you they seemed like decent human beings too. Certainly reinforced the stereotype of shady used car salesmen.”

“Great customer service as always! On Monday, Jan 12, my Tire Pressure Light came on while driving to work. I knew cold temps could affect the pressure, so I wasn't too concerned. When I got back in the car to leave, the light was still on. I called to see if it was possible if someone could look at the tire. I wanted make sure there wasn't something in the tire. They were able to get me in on short notice, which l really appreciated. Turns out Justin found a small screw ( which he showed me) that wanted to go for a ride. I knew l was getting close for a oil change but didnt want to do it then because it was on short notice & getting the tire fixed was more important. Justin even gave my car a bath.
I called later in the week & made an appointment for Friday for the Oil Change. From my service advisors Nabeel & Grant to Justin my service technician, nothing but great customer service. Grant & Justin both answered a few of my questions that l had. I've always had great customer service. The staff at RD Mits are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable & treat you like family. They even have asked me how l & my Eclispe Cross was doing while l was waiting for my car to get done. I know dealerships can be more expensive, but I'll continue to come back because of the outstanding customer service.”

“Great Experience at Russ Darrow Waukesha – Huge SUV & Pickup Selection
I had a really good experience visiting Russ Darrow Waukesha. They have a big selection of vehicles, including Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda, Dodge, Jeep, and many more. I saw a lot of SUVs and several pickup trucks on the lot, all clean and well-organized. If you’re looking for an SUV, a pickup truck, or a reliable sedan, they have plenty of options to choose from.
The dealership area is very clean and easy to navigate. I liked how everything is clearly marked, from the sales lot to the collision repair center and parts department. They even have drive-thru estimates at the collision center, which is really convenient.
The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the visit.
Overall, if you’re shopping for a Toyota, Mitsubishi, SUV, pickup truck, or need service/parts, Russ Darrow Waukesha is a great place to check out. Big inventory, professional service, and a good atmosphere.”
