“Update: Two months after I purchased a hybrid vehicle from Griffin Ford, the hybrid battery died completely. This renders the car completely undriveable, and replacing the hybrid battery costs $10k+. An issue with the hybrid battery system must have existed while the car was at the dealership, and should have been recognized and addressed. I wasted so much money on this car because I trusted that the team at Griffin Ford would not sell me a car with a major issue. When I contacted the dealership about the issue, I was offered a discount on another purchase, but no recourse for my purchase. I am disappointed and dismayed and wish I had never bought a vehicle from Griffin Ford. Original review: I received excellent service from Chad, Marty, and the entire team at Griffin Ford. Their communication was transparent, thorough, and honest. They provided me with all the information about the car and I found them to be trustworthy. I am very happy with the vehicle and the price was fair. They completed all of the DMV paperwork and sent me off with a clean car and a full tank of gas.
