Genesis of Milwaukee

“My second review of Genesis of Milwaukee. After a bad experience last year, they offered me a free oil change. I took them up on it. Oil change was fine. I also had a noise in the front end of the car, they could not recreate it, I heard it when i pulled out of their parking lot. I will take this somewhere else. I also had a noise with the blower fan, sounded like a leaf. They pulled it, said it was a bearing that was the issue and that it would cost $450 to replace it. I said not to, as I knew what it sounded like, a leaf or piece of paper, not a bearing. Amazingly after they put it back together, the noise is gone. Whatever was stuck there is now gone of course. But they tried to sell me a new blower motor. I have had my car in twice now for service, of the issues they were to look at, only 1 was solved and they tried to sell me a new part when the problem was resolved. I still have a ticking noise upon start, that caused them to have the car for a month last year and never identified the issue, a noise in the front end that they could not hear, even though i recreate it easily just by driving, and a blower motor noise that was just debris, but they tried to sell me a new motor. Also, in regards to the blower motor, they fixed a debris issue last year too, when looking at it last week, they said i had no cabin air filter. They are the only ones to ever go in there, so they forgot to put it in last year when i got my car back. At least this time they did not have multiple medical emergencies causing my repairs to take a month. Would not recommend at all.”

“I purchased my 25 G80 Sport Prestige in Il. Soon after I had the TPMS WARNING COMING ON AND OFF! Made an appointment with Genesis Milwaukee to fix the issue? They told me that they would vacuum my car for me and I was happy. Picked up my car the next afternoon and they said it was TOTALLY GONE OVER AND IT WAS FIXED? That night the WARNING CAME BACK ON AND HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES SINCE. They told me to take a picture of WHAT I WAS SEEING ( as if a 70 year old handicapped man didn’t know what he was talking about 🤬 I did send in multiple pictures of the screen and still no response for 2 weeks! After contacting GENESIS CORPORATE AND TOLD THEM MY ISSUE THEY HAVE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT 2 weeks out ! They never did vacuum my car and now since Corporate is involved they still don’t call me back?”
