“Owen and Dade were fantastic! I was able to find 5 SUVs to choose from with no pressure, just great support and provided good knowledge of each one of them. Highly recommend them for selling your car and/or purchasing!”

“Had an amazing experience! Dade was very patient, informative on all vehicles I was looking at and so kind while I test drove multiple different cars. He also was very conscious about what I wanted to spend and did not push to go for a higher priced vehicle. Owen was so great with finance and closing the deal. Truly amazing service and would highly recommend.”

“I just purchased a Honda Accord from Freeland LLC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As a family-owned dealership, they truly live up to their reputation for honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free—no pressure, just genuine help in finding the perfect car for me.
The Accord I bought is in fantastic condition, runs perfectly, and was priced fairly. They carefully inspect their vehicles, and it shows. If you’re looking for a reliable used car without the typical dealership hassle, I highly recommend Freeland LLC. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle and telling all my friends and family about them. Thanks for making car buying enjoyable!”

“I really wanted this experience to end differently.
The conversation with Freeland started off friendly and professional and at least at first felt genuine. I was upfront from the beginning about why I was buying this car. A group of us had raised money to help a widowed mother get back on her feet so she could work and take care of her family. I shared that story openly and at the time it felt like it was received with empathy and respect.
We agreed on a price out the door and I placed a deposit on my credit card in good faith. That is when things quietly started to change.
When the invoice came through, a 499 dollar service fee suddenly appeared, something that had never been part of the original agreement. From that point on, the tone shifted. What started as a straightforward transaction slowly turned into a lesson in classic sales tactics and moving goalposts.
After more back and forth than should ever be necessary, we finally agreed they would deliver the car. Even that did not go smoothly. The delivery was days late and when the car finally arrived it was dirty despite assurances that it would be cleaned before delivery. That may sound minor, but it reflected a growing pattern. Promises were made easily and follow through was treated casually.
I had emailed them the cashier check days in advance so they could verify it. When the car arrived I handed over the cashier check as planned. Only then was I told they could not release the title until the check cleared.
It has now been three weeks and I still do not have the title.
This has left me unable to complete registration and the situation has been incredibly frustrating especially given that the vehicle was meant as a gift to a mother we were trying to help and not a source of stress and administrative limbo.
At this point I have filed reports with multiple regulatory and consumer protection agencies and am preparing to pursue the matter further including small claims court if necessary. That is not something I ever wanted to do, but it is where this experience has led.
I am leaving two stars instead of one because the interaction started well and for a moment it truly felt like I was dealing with people who cared. Unfortunately the execution transparency and follow through did not match that first impression.
I will not do business with Freeland again and I would strongly encourage future buyers especially out of state buyers to carefully review every fee every document and every promise in writing before proceeding.”
