“Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely nice and welcoming. I generally avoid dealerships, but Cole was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my purchase of a new vehicle. None of the long waits at the dealership, I just needed to show up twice for about an hour each time, and I had my new car. Best dealer experience by far. Cole has even been glad to answer questions after my purchase. I didn't feel like I had to figure this all out on my own. Highly recommend. 10/10 experience. Edit. About 5 months later. Had my car in for a tire rotation and checkup at 15k miles. Great customer service. They even went above and beyond by making sure my Lyriq's updates were all installed (which apparently they weren't) and washed my car inside and out (my mats had salt residue on them and it needed to be vacuumed a little bit, all of which was taken care of). They gave me a loaner car that was really nice and everything too. Great experience.”
