“The wife and I decided to go get her a new to us used VW from this dealership. We drove there once I located what I wanted online. We were greeted immediately by Marjory Thompson from the sales staff. We were able to verify the car with a test drive, a small negotiation process, and drive out withing 3 hours of arriving. The car initially came with a single key, but Marjory was able to track down the original owners and send us the second key. The process was easy, and the dealer was good on following up with any concerns. I did replace the brake pads, engine filter, and cabin air filter as they were all overdue, but such is the life of buying a used vehicle. The negotiated down price more than covered all of that. I would buy from them again.”
