“The Shakers’ Dodge & Ram team is honestly incredible. Bridget was basically the command center, kept communication flowing and made sure everyone was on the same page about the exact car I wanted. Joe came through like a magician and got me the S5 from the North Shore, MA location (I’m still not sure how he pulled that off, but I’m not asking questions). Nick H helped me lock it in and made the buying part way smoother than I expected, no weird runaround, no pressure, just straight-up helpful. And shoutout to Cory, who walked me through the finance process without making me feel like I needed a finance degree (or a therapist). Overall: great people, good energy, and a surprisingly stress-free car-buying experience. If you want a team that actually listens and gets things done, go to Shakers. Second car I’ve bought within the Auto group and there will be more to come :)”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I recently purchased a used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son. The vehicle had been exclusively maintained at this dealership, and the sales team strongly emphasized how meticulously it had been serviced. Based on that assurance—and the dealership’s own service history—we felt confident in the purchase. Since buying the vehicle, it spent the majority of the time parked in my driveway while we waited for my son to get his license. Although we are just beyond the 60-day warranty, we have driven less than 2,000 miles since purchase. A couple of weeks ago, the transmission began acting up, so we brought it back to Shaker’s. The vehicle has now been there nearly three weeks, and communication has been extremely poor. Calls and texts frequently go unanswered, and updates are only provided after repeated attempts to reach someone. Eventually, I was told the transmission needs to be replaced—and despite the vehicle being serviced exclusively by this dealership, they are asking me to pay over $10,000 for a new transmission after fewer than 2,000 miles of ownership. I have repeatedly asked to speak with dealership leadership, but despite calling and texting, no one has followed up or made themselves available. This situation is deeply frustrating and disappointing. A major drivetrain failure so soon after purchase—on a vehicle the dealership maintained its entire life—combined with poor communication and a lack of leadership engagement, reflects very poorly on Shaker’s. I expected far better accountability and customer care.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience with Luis Moreia! I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Luis Moreia during my recent car purchase. From the very first moment, he was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient. You can tell immediately that he truly cares about his customers—he wasn’t just trying to sell me a car, he was trying to help me find the right car for my life and my priorities. What really stood out was how clearly he was looking out for my best interests. He listened to everything that mattered to me, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I understood all my options. “Simply an amazing experience. My son and I went with a pretty challenging situation and got turned away in two separate dealerships. Shakers went above and beyond to help fix his situation and we are so grateful for how they took care of us. Cassie was wonderful and Corey the finance manager was so helpful. We walked away with a brand new vehicle which is more than we expected. My daughter in law , had recommended after the purchase of her vehicle the day before. Keshawn was also fantastic. We plan to establish a great relationship with them moving forward.”
