“Purchased a GMC hummer EV SUV back in November and the dealership staff were pleasant to work with. I am from a different state so the registration process was a bit slower then usual. Any issues I had were eventually taken care of. Wish the dealership would be a little faster when responding to problems, especially the finance department. The service department is absolutely outstanding though.”

“Very nice sales people but do not negotiate, state their prices are aggressive but the fact is they aren’t. their trucks sit , some of them for over 100 days. they don’t seem interested in making a sale. I drove 2 hours to greater Lowell gmc and saved thousands in comparison. Others I’ve spoken with had the same experience in Watertown gmc.”

“Couldn't have had a better experience if I tried! Mike from the sales department and kyle the manager were polite, professional, and worked with me to meet my payment budget without being pushie on the deal. I bought a 2022 GMC sierra 1500 AT4 with the 3.0L duramax and I absolutely love it! The manager Kyle (i believe that was his name at least) They fixed the slightest issues that the truck had and installed new running boards on it the day after signing the paperwork. The service department did a great job with the truck. After pick up, I added a bed rack, roof top tent, awning, and a few other overlanding attachments to her before I took the truck on a 7500 mile road trip through the Rockies, grand teton, yellowstone, and badlands national parks with no issues what so ever along the drive. Even took her begging down the Oregon trail for about 20 miles through the desert and It rides like a dream and has been perfect. It has more than enough power to haul any of trailers and has handeled anything I've thrown at her. 10 out of 10 will absolutely buy from them again.”

“I recently wanted to switch out of a lease to purchase a brand new truck. Cameron, Joe, and Terrence all worked hard to make this happen, from finding the exact truck that I wanted and going a few states over to pick it up and the appreciation they have for loyal customers. Terrence and Joe also helped make the financing part easy and worked to make a deal that worked for me. The customer service is always great at Ingersoll in Watertown, from the buying experience to the service department, it is top notch. I travel the extra 30 minutes to deal with them instead of going to the GMC dealership I have in town. Best dealer experience I’ve had.”
