Suburban Ford of Waterford was very helpful when we needed to pick out a new car. They no longer make the model I love, but the sales staff helped us find another good fit. Extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable with all the products & went above & beyond to make us happy. Thank you for all your assistance ! Getting a new vehicle is always nerve racking for me & they moved us through seamlessly. Thanks so much ! We will definitely be back !

Poor service over and over. I have been waiting for the pillar covers on my Explorer for 14 months. The car broke down in Ohio and when we mentioned the A pillar to that service department, the dealership ordered the parts a traveled 2 hours to our home to replace them. Why can’t Suburban do that. I have at least 2 more outstanding recalls and they have no remedy in site. I personally left a message for the manager and I have not been contacted about this issue. This dealership does not care. So much for the 8 vehicles I have purchased from Suburban. In one case I had service done on my f150 and they failed to inform that I had a recall that they could fix. I had to make another appointment for that problem. It has been over three days since I personally contacted the dealership manager and I have not received a call back. Poor

Found a van online and reached out to them about it. It was a Ford Transit Connect. Derek the sales guy over the phone said it is very clean. We negotiated a price and he wouldnt adjust the price much because it was so clean he claims. I said great if it is that clean we would purchase it. We drove an hour and half to buy and it was nothing like he stated. Claims it was never in an accident. I was pretty mad I wasted 3 hours to arrive and find it was nothing like he said. I asked him if I brought a vehicle with the same damage would you give a price as super clean. His reaponse I don't know. The pictures don't show a clean car to me. Overspray ever where, plastic not attached, inner fender not attached, interior plastic scratched and marked up.
