“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Hector and Charlie for making my car purchase the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car! After months of searching both at dealerships as well as “Carvana” First off no amount of ease of buying a car online through Carvana did NOT appeal to me without actually seeing and touching, test driving a vehicle or talking with a human being, secondly at the dealerships I stopped at I was not impressed with the feeling of being stalked for a sale and didn’t really get a knowledgeable person to answer the different questions I had weighing my options between different vehicles. It was by happenstance that I stopped at HIGHLINE CAR CONNECTION and the first person I met was Hector, he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the car I was inquiring about answered the pros and cons of every vehicle I was considering, politely brought the vehicle up for me to take a test drive, never once making me feel like I was being pressured. Once back the office I was given as much time as I needed to weigh out my decision. I was introduced to Charlie who generously took my information to get me the best possible financing, and again gave me the time I needed to make such an important decision, (I literally say in a private area to call my family for their input, prayed on the situation) not once feeling pressured. At the pivotal moment I made my choice both Hector and Charlie worked seamlessly to have the car washed, insurance handled and was driving away within a couple hours, not to mention that they are taking care of the emissions for me knowing it needed to be done.! Who does that? I absolutely recommend this veteran owned, small business to anyone in the market for upgrading to a newer vehicle! Price was extremely reasonable for a well maintained, clean in and out car that they assisted me in understanding the digital aspect of these newer cars😁 I’m telling everyone I know how amazing my experience was. Don’t waste time going to dealerships buying new when you can buy a used vehicle that was carefully attained and inspected by a great business.👍 The reviews speak for themselves!”

“To say that I don’t like Car Dealerships is an understatement. I’ve had many bad experiences with poor customer service, inflexibility, and shady business practices (Carvana for example). Highline was a breath of fresh air! Thomas in Sales and Terence in Finance did everything they could to work with me on a used Jeep Wrangler purchase. I was really impressed on how personable and friendly both were. Additionally, they were very transparent in all parts of the buying process. It was pretty fast and painless. This is my third buying experience from Highline and it won’t be my last. Probably the best used car Dealership within driving distance for me, I would “Highly” recommend.”
