“To say that I don’t like Car Dealerships is an understatement. I’ve had many bad experiences with poor customer service, inflexibility, and shady business practices (Carvana for example). Highline was a breath of fresh air! Thomas in Sales and Terence in Finance did everything they could to work with me on a used Jeep Wrangler purchase. I was really impressed on how personable and friendly both were. Additionally, they were very transparent in all parts of the buying process. It was pretty fast and painless.
