“Purchased my new Outback from Hunter, the whole process was great. I started by requesting pricing online, Hunter replied with a great price! Ended up doing everything by text so everything was ready when I got to the dealership. I got there, they did an appraisal on my trade, it was fair and what I expected. It was just under 2 hours when I drove off the lot in my new Outback. Overall very smooth and quick for a car purchase. I highly recommend Hunter and Subaru of Dayton!”

“I stopped in to the Subaru dealership on Valentine’s Day to look at Subarus and get a bit of information. The salesman who greeted me was very kind and showed me a couple cars I was interested in. He gave me his contact info before I left and I gave him mine. I told him I would be in touch. He was not pushy in any way. I contacted him 2 weeks later to do a test drive. I loved the car and he worked with me to purchase the vehicle. A big thank you to Jason Del’Aria for being so patient, kind, and personable. The “paperwork man” named Zac was also very kind and explained everything very well. I am happy with my purchase and I feel like an important part of the Subaru family.”

“Had a wonderful experience here, buying online from Ann Blackburn. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and overall great to work with. I would recommend Ann and Subaru of Daytona to anyone. I'm in the Cincinnati-area and I got lukewarm results from the Cincinnati-Area dealers I tried to work with online. (One of those included a dealership where we had made two prior purchases.) Overall, everyone at this dealership was a joy to work with, and they made the process easy and quick. I think they did a really nice job of delivering what you'd expect from Subaru. I would say that the sales pitch to invest in service packages and extended warranties, etc., is not a joyful experience, in general. The gentleman who conducted that piece of the process was very personable and kind, but that part of the process is painful. Would be great to see that removed from all dealerships and transactions, by opting out or being able to preview in another way vs. having to do it live and in person. I'll give the Finance Mgr. props for making it as painless as possible but it's a bit of an archaic pressure sales bit that is not enjoyable for the consumer. Thanks to Ann and Subaru of Daytona for going above and beyond!”
