“I will never forget Prestiege charging my elderly mother for extra parts that were not used on her car. Ignition system parts were all charged as if the car was a 6 cylinder, but it was a 2.5 5 cylinder (example, charging for 6 spark plugs for a car that needs only needs 5). After bringing it to their attention, there was No resolution. No apology, won't even give us the extra new parts they charged my mother for but didn't put on the car. Please do no use them for service and check your invoices carefully.”

“I dropped off my car for service ( repairs) last week for a day , non of my concerns about the care were fixed. I called around 2:30 that day to found out what is the status - the response was that technician was still working on it and somebody will call me when will be done. NOBODY CALLED to let me know if the car was done or if I can get loaner/rental car before the service close. I called 4:30 the person from service said that nothing was wrong with the car. I picked up my car same day and all of items that I pointed out that need to be fixed are still not working!!! Next day I called the owner, left detail message - nobody called back. I called Service Manager, left detail message - nobody called back. Is it the new way to treat customers? Very, very disappointed. If I could I would give a zero star.”

“I purchased an ID4 for my wife for valentines day. It was a last minute purchase and Justin Barner made it a breeze. Bro really rose to challenge with a price I was comfortable with as well as giving me free mats. Justin also came through with a big red bow to surprise her with. Which should be included with any vehicle that's 47K but I digress. He also went the extra mile and drove 40 minutes not only once but twice to drop the plates and VW charger at my home. Thanks again!”
