It's been over a month and I wanted to wait and make sure my truck was ok before writing a review. We are from Washington State and we were driving back from Maine when I decided to be a good Boy Scout and take my 2022 Laramie RAM Diesel truck into Valvoline in Youngstown for a simple oil change. HUGE MISTAKE!! Valvoline realized they did something wrong to my truck and told me not to start the truck. They had it towed to Car Culture and we had to stay the night because Car Culture was closed. It was already after hours. We nervously waited for the next day to arrive because we had no idea if Car Culture could help us. Also, because of the way Valvoline treated us we had no idea if this was some kind of scam we had fallen into between the two companies. The next day we met Zak and he was extremely helpful. He and the team explained fully what they had to do; drop the tank, flush it and the lines out and get it all back together. Car Culture already had a long line of work for that day but the team squeezed us in early and got it done. We got the call that the work was done and when I arrived back at Car Culture to get my truck my only concern was that they had even washed the truck. It hadn't been washed in a year. I was worried the doors and the body would fall off 😆 Anyway, it's been over a month, we are back in Washington and the truck is great. Car Culture: 1000 points. Valvoline: 0 points.

I had a great experience at Car Culture. My first impression of the staff I knew it was somewhere where I wanted to buy a car strictly off of how they approached us. We went to several other dealerships when we finally decided to come back to Car Culture. This company’s goal is to be known for being honest and bringing integrity back into the sales world and it shows. They were willing to put our needs first even if it meant their loss of money. I will only be going here in the future. Thank you Dom for your amazing customer service! And thank you to the finance team. I am very happy with my experience!

I bought my first 2021 Rav4 last Monday 8/18/25 and I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people who work here! Dom was our salesman and he is the best salesman I have ever met! Jimmy is the owner and I absolutely love him, they are absolutely genuinelynice people who actually care about the customer! Both are great people and they are so honest. This is the 2nd vehicle me and my fiance bought from here and we will never go anywhere else! We've even told our friends and family about it (who live in southern WV) it's worth the drive to come here and buy a vehicle! Thank you all at car culture for making buying a vehicle a great experience.

My son and I had a very pleasant experience here. They were patient, and even made sure we got the best interest rates available. They also didn’t try to upsell us on additional BS we didn’t need! We walked out with a 2021 lease return with an extended warranty and still were below what we originally planned on spending per month. They were honest and efficient, would highly recommend!

His expertise in finding a reliable and affordable vehicle is commendable. As a token of appreciation, I presented him with a business card and sticker from Bearded Death , and he has expressed interest in learning more about their products!!!
