Awesome transaction. I felt the staff was attentive, honest, and engaging. Buttross Fashho is a great salesman! He was patient and answered all my questions. Very personable man. Michael handled my financing and it was super easy. He found me a great interest rate!

I had an appointment this morning at 8 AM for a routine oil change and to run a diagnostic test to evaluate a noise my car was making. Everyone was friendly, I was working with Richie and things seemed to be moving along. About 10:15 they told me they had finished the oil change, evaluated my car and told me that they had found found the source of my issues and could repair it. Unfortunately the price was a bit more than I was comfortable with paying at this time so I thanked them but told them that I was not able to undertake the cost of the repair at this time and that I would have to come back at a later date. At this point I felt the demeanor shift. It felt a little colder and a little less friendly but I tried not to think too much of it. I was told that they would get the tech to pull my car up and I should be good to go. Richie came to talk to me about 10:45 saying that he was trying to locate the tech to pull the car around and that it should be up soon. I didn’t leave the dealership until 12:20 and in the hour and a half between my last interaction with staff, no one came to check in with me, no one gave me a heads up as to why it was taking so long to pull my car around when I was under the impression the bulk of the work (the oil change and diagnosing of the noise) was taken care of. I felt like I was being punished for not undertaking a costly, unexpected repair right at that moment. When my car was ready, I was taken to cash out without any explanation as to why it took so long to bring my car up. I felt incredibly disrespected and taken advantage of and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars or because I wouldn’t undertake a costly unexpected repair, but I will not be coming back nor would I recommend anyone I know to get their vehicle serviced here.

Adam Bachir is a very friendly and organized salesman. He had everything the carfax, mechanic’s report, starting the car before I got there so it was already warm, and is timely when answering texts and calls, and transparent and knowledgable about the car’s repairs as well as features. All the things that make one reassured when buying a used vehicle. Would be happy to buy from him again.

I am very happy that I worked with Cassandra today. I was probably a horrible time to deal with, but she was the best. Very friendly and not pushing the envelope when most salespeople do me included. Go to her if you want great service and price. Thank you Cassandra if your reading this thank you lol 😆

After three very bad experiences at three different dealerships, Cassandra renewed my hope!!! I truly am thankful that she was the 1st person I spoke with. Her knowledge of vehicles and excellence in salesmanship, allowed me to buy the vehicle I wanted & needed without an ounce of stress. To say she is good at her job is an absolute understatement. From allowing me to test drive several times so I could be sure I was making the right decision for me, to organizing the final signature, her patience and readiness to help was appreciated more than she will ever know!! Thank you Golling Toyota & Cassandra for the best experience I've ever had in my 60 years!!
