“Took my car to get service for a problem paid for a full diagnostic but since there were no codes or lights on the dash they didn’t know what was going on , tech test drove my vehicle and said nothing was wrong but clearly when I got it back slow acceleration and hard lagged shifting why wasn’t this mentioned during the diagnostic that’s was the main reason I brought it there the Techicains don’t care they don’t care they just want your money now I have to find another shop to look at my car and spend more money while they said I can bring it back to get looked at but they are gonna charge me more for other diagnostic , i literally just paid for one and you want me to pay for more diagnostics , I spoke with Todd definitely made me not want to come back you can’t defend your Tech when they are wrong nomatter how many years experience they have Tech had 30 years experience but didn’t mention anything wrong with my car that’s a money grab method I’m very disappointed and will never bring my vehicle there and wouldn’t recommend any ever to go there”

“I have been coming the Friendly Jeep in Warren for decades. Even after multiple moves. There are other locations that are closer to us but we continue to come to the Warren location because of the exceptional and “Friendly” service we have always received, until today. Today, I met Jim. He was very rude and short towards me. Maybe because I’m female or maybe he’s just having a bad day but he seemed irritated and rushed from the moment I introduced myself to him. My son and I came in for an appointment and Jim immediately told us that there was nothing he could do because something was plugged into a socket and we would need to go all the way home, unplug it ourselves, and then come back another day, and then he immediately walked off without even attempting to make anything work. He said they would have to charge me to unplug it. During my initial phone call with him, he told me they would charge me $200 just to reconnect our auto-start, that they disconnected in the first place. My husband did it himself in about 5-10 minutes. So, I will not be coming back to the Warren location and will just go somewhere closer to home. I have posted a photo of my last review of this place. I’m very disappointed in the experience I had today. I know that there are a lot of great people there! The lady I spoke to initially was very pleasant and helpful.”
