“My mother who owns an Audi recently brought her SUV to this location as there is no Audi dealer close to her. She had a simple misfire issue which required the coil packs and spark plugs to be changed.
What did you guys do? Scan for codes changed the wires for the coil pack on #2 and sent her on her way… just for her to now have the same problem. It’s common knowledge on any misfiring engine that you change BOTH the COILPACKS AND SPARK PLUGS… do you have to? No, but any honest mechanic will tell you it’s best to do that just to eliminate any potential issues further down the line.
You guys decided to do the minimal amount of work you were paid for, instead of making sure your customer was properly taken care of. If you guys are willing to cut corners and take advantage of my mom on something so small I can only imagine the foolishness that actually happens at this dealership.
If you want an honest diagnostic, as well as good reliable work done on your car. This is NOT the place.”

“We were searching for our daughter’s very first car for her 16th birthday, our last child at home, so this milestone meant everything. After weeks of searching and even trips to other states, we found the perfect experience at Volkswagen of Warner Robins.
David was kind, calm, and never pushy, truly understanding how important it was for us to find the right fit. When we returned and still weren’t completely sold, he went the extra mile to share other options.
Mandy stepped in and exceeded all expectations. She wrote “Happy 16th Birthday” on the back glass and added pom-poms since our daughter cheers. Words can’t describe how much her kindness meant to our family.
The entire team made us feel like family. We can’t thank David, Mandy, and the VW of Warner Robins team enough for making our daughter’s 16th birthday unforgettable.

“Such incredibly nice staff! Everyone was so welcoming and very informative in helping me find the right car for me. This was a very big deal for me because it was my first time buying a car all by myself. Everyone was helpful, but Ken really helped me make sure I was comfortable and confident in the decision making process. I GOT MY DREAM CAR! “In the middle of a 2500 mile round trip in a Nissan NV3500 and a camper. 870 miles into the trip I had the fan clutch explode.
When I had an Atlas, Bryce Duke the service manager gave me his personal number for an issue I was having. This man is out of town on vacation and answered his phone and helped me even knowing I wasn’t going to be able to use his service department.
This is the exact service customers want and deserve! Thanks Bryce for setting an excellent example on how to treat customers (who are people)
