“I have been a customer of this establishment quite a few times but today was the absolute best visit. I walked in and was greeted by Kyle immediately (and greeted other customers promptly as they came in), he answered any questions I had, explained everything thoroughly all while having the best customer service attitude. It’s not everyday that you come across someone at their place of employment with a great attitude and willingness to help. If you need express service stop in and ask for Kyle, I promise you will leave feeling appreciated and that you did the right thing by going to Hughes Honda for your auto maintenance needs!”

“I had an amazing experience buying my car here from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!
Jessica was the first person I spoke with and she was so sweet, helpful, and patient. She really listened to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and helped get me in the door without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
When I arrived, Todd greeted me right away and truly made the entire experience what it was. He was extremely personable, kind, and understanding, and he created such a comfortable, no-pressure environment from the very beginning. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question I had, and let me talk through different scenarios without ever making me feel rushed, judged, or pushed into anything. He genuinely cared about helping me find what was right for me, not just making a sale.
The financing team was also wonderful, very kind, professional, and easy to work with. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth, painless, and far less stressful than I ever expected.

“What a fantastic experience we had with Hughes Honda in Warner Robins. We used the messaging system during their closed hours and got a call back first thing Monday morning. The information that was sent to us made my wife stop the car since we were headed towards another dealership and turn around! They had the exact car she wanted and instantly came down to what we know was the fair price, and what we were willing to pay without them knowing that. There was no need to haggle, and the process was extremely smooth. Our salesman seemed like he was 100% there for us, having a very kind and candid conversation with us while we waited to move on with the process. It was like we had known each other for years! The only delay we experienced was getting through the financing part, but that’s because they were tied up before us with other customers. Once in the financing area I was expected to be pressured with extended warranties, but that was not the case. They were all offered and we politely turned down most of them (except the gap coverage) with no pushback. Given the need and opportunity, I would 100% buy from Hughes Honda again in the future and recommend anybody in the area or making a long drive like we did to check them out. I want to say a big thanks to Brandon, Jessica and the whole team. Merry Christmas!”
