“I initially left a placeholder review because I anticipated needing to share a more detailed account of my partner's experience as well as mine. I contacted the dealership to resolve an issue related to my partner's GAP insurance issue due to a car that this establishment sold to him in December of 2022. It was discovered that the vehicle had been sold at an inflated price based on features the car did not actually include. The owner said that they told me my partner needed to reach out in order to get resolution which was a lie as their manager, Josh, contacted my personal cell phone to request the proof documentation by sending me his email address via text. This is why I document everything including the duration of the phone calls, their times, and texts. I have screenshots of this communication as well as the email sent. Then I get a call on Saturday from Josh because of a placeholder review. Mind you, I'm very active on Google Reviews so this is nothing new to me. However, a one‑star review, based on factual information, sent them over the edge and they considered me a “threat”. I was later instructed not to call the dealership again, despite the fact that Josh had called me lol. Lastly, they accused me of trying to extort them for money when the email I sent them asked for a speedy review of the documents since their manager Josh said it would take a week for legal review. Mind you, the amount in question is only $1,550. It's not about the money, it's about the principle and taking advantage of consumers. There were no threats, no coercion, and no misinformation...only a request for timely resolution. The place is an absolute joke honestly and I reported them to every possible means for fraud.”
