“I searched long and hard for the car I wanted, then even more for the right dealer! I don't really enjoy the dealer experience and I bought my first Tesla directly which I loved. Unfortunately buying direct leaves you with less options and I wanted a Model S but not with the price tag of a new. In comes 1A Auto Sales; the experience was no frills, simple, and straight forward. Unlike every other dealer I was inquiring, Dan gave me a complete 180 experience and I wasn't sure what to make of the laid-back, no-pressure approach! This is a mom & pop business and nothing like a volume sales dealer. There was no glamour thrown at us when we came in. Cost was transparent and there were no surprises coming in. Car condition was as promised. There was no bow and confetti on the car but instead a staff with empathy and a want to give their customer a great product and service. Even post-sale Dan answered the phone immediately when I had issues registering the car in my state and got any missing info. I read some previous reviews about quality issues with appointments and some of the cars other customers went to see. From what I saw these are 2-3 people running the show, and it makes sense that when overwhelmed their process will not be perfect. “I thought I had written a review when I bought a Tesla Model S around 5 months back. Better late than never!!! So Mr Dan and his sister are the best. I did 2 test drives before I finalized my decision. For the finances Mr Dan made sure I got the lowest rate and also he was able to get me the EV credit which brought down the cost of the vehicle even further. I wanted some paint correction and the wheels to be painted gloss black. Mr Dan made sure all this was done and I have to say the car looked amazing. It's been 5 months now and the car drives like a dream. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting to buy a used EV as they are very professional and very easy to work with.
