“I had a great experience. I had called for an appointment and was met with a very nice lady who made making the appintment smooth & fast. She also helped in giving me directions to the exact location because I was a bit confused from the directions online. I went in for a oil change & tire rotation on 03/02/2026. It took maybe an hour. They did a very efficient job explaining everything they were going to do, let me know what I needed done for next visit, and even printed out copies of paperwork for things when I asked. I even got a text when my car was ready to be picked up. The atmosphere there is so inviting, everyone's smiling at you, they're welcoming you in and they have a nice decent sized waiting room for their customers. I waited in there and did my homework while they worked on my car. This location seems so much bigger compared to other ones I've been to, it's also way more efficient, clean and organized. I felt seen, heard and understood here. I also felt safe to bring my car here, like my car will be taken care of. Everyone in here knows exactly what they're doing, they're good at it and they have EXCELLENT customer service! I look forward to my next appintment with Walnut Creek Honda!”

“I visited the dealership during the Super Bowl thinking it would be less crowded. It was less crowded but I was there longer than expected. Michael Hodge, Matthew Curren, and Jeff (from Finance) were courteous and patience with me. My husband negotiated the deal for a new Honda Civic in advance and I was there to close the deal. It was a pleasant experience. Michael let me watch the half time show on his phone while they prepare the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new Honda.”

Whether it’s the friendliness and patience of the Team that welcomes and directs me, or the ability of the Mechanics that do the routine maintenance or needed repairs, things run smoothly. This means a lot to me because I hate wasting my time, and I’ve been pleasantly impressed with how well they all work together to provide a quality service. ( I also appreciate the warm and comfortable waiting room they provide with hot drinks, comfy chairs, and even tables, right off of the Service Bay. ) Great location in Walnut Creek - easy entrance and exit.”
