A big thank you to Von for providing excellent service and making the whole process smooth and professional. I also want to thank Ramon for the ride to downtown — that was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. And thank you to Nievel in the service department for being attentive and making sure everything was taken care of.
The level of customer care from everyone really stood out. Because of their professionalism and kindness, I will definitely be coming back for future service.

“I am downgrading my review due to Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek ignoring ongoing engine problems with a vehicle I recently purchased from them.
Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on with cylinder and ignition-related faults. Although some repairs were made, the engine light has returned, showing the issue was never properly resolved. I had requested a cylinder inspection and mechanical compression test, but it appears this was not completed.
I first emailed the dealership about the engine light returning on February 1st, and followed up again on February 3rd. To this day, no one has contacted me.
After some initial help from Jamiel and General Manager Jason Viscarra, communication completely stopped. It now feels like they are avoiding responsibility for selling a vehicle with serious engine issues.
This has been extremely disappointing and concerning, especially from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and everything proceeded exactly as promised.
I worked with Jose Castro, who was a pleasure to deal with; knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward. The vehicle was delivered on schedule and in excellent condition.
Overall, a smooth and well-run transaction. I would comfortably recommend this dealership, including to buyers purchasing from out of state.”
