Marco was amazing from the first call, took us on our test drive, was accommodating when we needed to go discuss, and was ready for us when we came in to finish the deal. He’s very personable to deal with, a fun guy and made us all feel like we were in good hands. The finance manager was also very easy to deal with and had us laughing while we went through the piles of paperwork. I would absolutely recommend Diablo Subaru!”

“My wife and I really wanted to buy our daughter a new Subaru for her college graduation. We knew our daughter loved the idea of a Subaru and we found the perfect car at the dealer here in Walnut Creek. We used the online calculator to determine our monthly payment based on how much we put as a down payment and the expected lease term. But after spending considerable time with the salesperson, we were quoted a monthly payment nearly three times higher than we anticipated. I told them they made a mistake but the finance guy dug in and said we were wrong and the payment is correct. I did a quick calculation and found they were either hiding thousands in hidden fees or charging over 35% interest. So after a bit of arguing, we left.
That same day, we found the identical car in Sacramento and completed all of the initial paperwork and negotiations over the phone and email. My wife and I then drove up to Sacramento and bought the car for the exact price and payment we knew from the Subaru online calculator. The payment is nearly one third of what Diablo Subaru tried to sell us. I gave one extra star because the service department did a good job when we brought it in for maintenance. But I’ll never give the sales side another opportunity. The bad experience was enough for us to never go back.
