“I am changing my review, because of the Cadillac 2020 XT4 that I purchased from them, and my salesman who was William Riddick. If I could do negative I would. The garage door option that's inside the vehicle doesn't work. They sold me a car without checking to make sure that ALL the options inside and outside of the vehicle worked properly. They informed me that because it's a used vehicle that, that part didn't have to pass Maryland State Inspection. And when I was trying to get it repaired prior to the 30-day warranty, they waited and waited to get back to me until it was too late. I have other words for the deceit they gave me but I will be professional. I am very disappointed with this outcome, because I was very happy at first when I purchased my vehicle, but then come to find out this happened . It might seem minor to them but it's not to me. Used car salesman are the same, no matter wherever you go, and that is not a good thing I'm stating. They all just want to make a sale. I know they won't do anything, but I wanted to put this out there for anyone who is car shopping at their lot, especially on the used car lot, to make sure that EVERYTHING is working properly before you sign years of your life away 😠 😡 😤”
