“The worst auto buying experience I've ever had. I was lied to on multiple occasions by Steve and Yaya. I was forced into accepting 'optional' gap insurance because my 10k deposit was $400 shy of 20%. Turns out, gap was not required by the bank. I was told that their auto warranty was not very good and therefore not worth it. What I found out was the truck did not qualify for warranty because it couldn't pass a warranty inspection. When I got the truck back to Pennsylvania it failed safety inspection. I was told that they would cover part of those repair costs, but when it came time to make the repairs they wouldn't respond. Now I'm stuck with a truck that doesn't pass inspection and won't qualify for a warranty. They sold me a lemon, refused to make it right and lied multiple times. A terrible business that I don't recommend.”
