“I received awesome service from Amy! She worked with me on the charge and fixed my issues... Including replacing my broken window! Update: My truck was serviced on October 20, 2025. After the service, I drove it twice over three days, but it started experiencing more issues. I had it towed back to the dealership, and after another service, I drove it for about an hour. Suddenly, it began smoking and broke down in traffic. The dealership had it towed again at their cost. The damage has necessitated a complete engine replacement, which I believe I should not be responsible for. However, repair delays are occurring because I cannot afford to pay part of the costs.
