“Not impressed with this Dealership or the KIA brand in general. We bought a brand new Telluride last summer, and we don't like it at all. It has poor build quality and many of the functions they sell you on either don't work as they claim, or not at all. Like most, they overpromise and underdeliver. The "free" car wash they offer is a joke. You're better off going to a drive-through and doing it yourself. Not only will you do a better job, but it won't take 1 to 2 hours. We'll be trading this in this year and never coming back to this location or Brand. You get what you pay for, folks.”

“Make sure you ask for the "Car"diologist, "Dr." Eric if you want someone helpful, patient, thorough and super-warm all through! :-) Eric is wonderful and knows exactly what he is doing. He went above and beyond, gave us a great pricing on our vehicle, worked with financing department to give us a great value on our trade in, and made it all so so smooth! I've never purchased a car this quickly! We went to test drive a vehicle and ended up driving it back home! Ha! The entire transaction (test driving, trading in, financing paperwork) lasted altogether about 2.5 hours! So seamless, and so so easy! I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership. Not just that, our post-sales experience has also been so good! We had a bunch of questions and Eric was super responsive and prompt, and even coordinated with Servicing to find all the right answers. I cannot recommend him and this dealership strongly enough! So go ahead, go to Carriage Kia and you will not be disappointed! Promise!”

“Turned a negative experience to a positive and earned my business back! Had a scheduled 8am appt for an oil change. Dropped the car off the night before. Looooong story short, the Service Agent dropped the ball and didn't get the work order completed. Oil change was done, however the one additional service that was agreed to be done was not completed. What should have been less than a 2 hour service took 2 days to complete. Service Agent left the first day without returning a phone call and left the work order open, incomplete and without status update; very unprofessional. Stephen and Andrew spoke with my husband and I the following day due to our disappointment in the service and the way all was handled in attempt to make it right. The conversation, the professionalism, the fact they both took the time to listen and understand made all the difference to both of us. Stephen agreed it was mismanaged. They knocked a little off the total amount due and we were pleased. In the end, it's not about the money, it's about the professionalism and treating me, my family like we matter and the situation matters. We were lied too by the service agent. She tried to blame the customer for why the car was not ready when in fact the mistake was hers. We all make mistakes, every day. Just own it. I have so much more respect when you admit the fault and we can all move on from it. Unfortunately, in this case, management had to take one for the team. I will be back. In fact, before I left, I had them looking at my car for some dent repair and I will be getting that scheduled. They did earn my business back and I will highly recommend Carriage Kia. If you need special attention, go see Andrew or Stephen, they will see to it you are taken care of! Just don't be rude. Be nice!”
