“We got our new Murano here after our Rogue was totalled. We had the car picked out and paid a deposit to reserve it until we got there to purchase it. They detailed it, removed the window sticker and everything before we got there, but it still took over three hours to get everything completed, and we had to have them wash a few spots on the car. The staff was nice and the dealership was clean,l. I just figured it would t take so long as we weren't "shopping" and didn't even need to test drive. I would come back, I'd just have the proper expectations of time, regardless of how prepared we are for purchase.”
