Its common for the technicians to also wash my truck following services. I have know the service writers for more than ten years and the parts manager for at least 15. “Poor service team, not willing warranty mirror motor due to ridiculously small scratch on plastic case. Mirror motor dying just like the other one they did replace. Not trustworthy on oil change stickers either..manual is 5k sticker is 7500. Cheap tricks for expensive trucks and service contracts. Also argues that they never inflate my tires wrong but yep they have. Tired of being disappointed and feeling scammed of my hard earned dollars.”
