“I was working with Adam Khadra and Sarah Hayes in sales. Adam was OK to deal with, but unfortunately Sarah, the General Sales Manager, ultimately ruined my entire dealership experience. For four days, I was in discussions with Sarah regarding pricing. I pointed out that their website showed a $2,845 discount. She informed me that it was a mistake, which I can understand. However, the dealership continues to advertise this discount and has shown no effort to correct it, which is extremely misleading. Even the same vehicle in a different color shows the same discount, so the explanation does not make sense. Despite the pricing “mistake,” Sarah told me that if I had a legitimate offer from another dealer, she would do her best to work with me on pricing. I provided her with an offer from another dealership within the same Ourisman dealer group. After reviewing it, she insisted that I come into the dealership in person to have better “buying power.” I was hesitant because this required a two-hour round trip drive just to discuss pricing. When I arrived, the first worksheet presented to me included a $6,000 markup. This was insulting, especially after multiple phone conversations where I clearly communicated my target budget. Sarah was not willing to meaningfully work with me to get closer to that number, despite her earlier assurances. This experience made it clear why the dealership insists customers come in person to receive pricing details — likely in hopes that customers become emotionally attached and proceed despite unfavorable terms. That approach did not work with me, and the entire experience felt deceptive and misleading. Based on this experience, I found the process extremely disappointing and unprofessional.”
