“Absolutely terrible experience. About weeks ago this named Kenn texted me saying they had a “special” to buy my car back. "A big SCAM". I got excited because I was interested in getting a brand-new car, so I told Kenn exactly which one I wanted. I even asked him clearly if the car would be brand new, and Kenn told me yes and said it would be ready for a test drive when I arrived. That was completely misleading. While I was on my way to the dealership I found out they don’t even sell brand-new cars. Then my appointment was suddenly moved to a different location than the one we originally discussed with Kenn. At that point it was obvious the whole thing was just a tactic to get me in the door. This was a huge waste of my time and a very dishonest way to treat customers. If you’re considering this dealership, be very careful and double-check everything they tell you. Based on my experience, the communication was misleading and extremely unprofessional.”

“I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Koons in Virginia, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I actually live in South Carolina, so the entire transaction was handled remotely through phone calls and emails — and it could not have gone more smoothly.
The salesperson did an outstanding job. He was professional, responsive, and truly committed to helping me every step of the way. Even from out of state, I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the process.
They also made the financing incredibly easy. The finance manager was excellent — clear, efficient, and transparent, ensuring everything was explained and processed quickly without any stress.
Buying a vehicle from another state can feel complicated, but Khoons made it simple and seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership experience!”

“The only reason Koons got 1 star because that’s the lowest option available. If I was to do it all over again I would avoid them at all costs. Buyer beware, they are a bunch of lying criminals. We purchased a 2021 Mercedes E450 from them. Traded a 2023 Acura Integra. The sales person (Carlos) quoted us a price of $39,000 when we first looked at the car. When we sat down and went over numbers they wanted to charge us $52,000. Obviously we were ready to walk out the door. I know that the used car business is a game and they like to play with the numbers. The “Manager” sat down with us and we wrote down a deal. We agreed to the numbers and we were set to purchase the vehicle. When we got in the finance office they tried to change the numbers we agreed upon and we were set to walk again. The building manager finally said give them what was written down. We settled and drove the Mercedes out of there with 30 day tags. Here is where it gets better. Almost 30 days after the sale, the loan on the Acura had not been paid off yet. I’ve traded in plenty of vehicles in my time but never had an issue with the traded car loan being paid off. I called Koons several times and got the run around after run around and finally on Tuesday the 17th I finally talked to the Manager again. He explained that the loan for the Mercedes took longer to fund and that the loan for the Integra would be paid off that day. Even though the deal was finalized weeks prior. Fast forward 4 more days and the loan is still not paid off. I decided to visit the store this Saturday and the Manager was not in yet. I spoke to the finance manager who said the manager would be in, in an hour. I said great, it was 10:30. Have him call me before 2 or I’ll have to come back here to get some answers from him. At about 2.30 he had not called. I called the sales floor and a sales person put me on hold and said to hang on for the manager. Of course he never picked up and the typical voice mail was optioned. All I can say if you buy from these folks just beware. They do not practice honest business practices. They dodge a customer like the plague. They will pass you around and you will get no answers. The last option I have is to contact an attorney. We did nothing wrong but we made a big mistake stopping in at Koons Woodbridge to purchase a vehicle. Beware, they arw all dishonest criminals!”

“I want to give an honest and thorough review of this dealership.
I came here on August 25th and purchased a car.
Although I initially was happy with the vehicle I found a few issues with it that made me unhappy. Issues that the salesperson told me he would take care of.
Through my salesperson (Roberto) and the service manager (Ken) I was able to get all my issues resolved.
The people here do not run and hide. When you call them they answer. They return your calls.
Some dealerships, they sell you a car then disappear. These people don't do that.
They are reasonable and fair.
I highly suggest this dealership. 5 stars!”
