“Purchasing a vehicle from the Karen Radley Acura dealership was the best experience! Starting with the sales agent, Zaheed, who patiently took the time to thoroughly explain all the different features of several of the vehicles in the lot and assisting us with test driving them. He was very knowledgeable, and caring, but most importantly, he was not pushy as other dealerships usually can be. After a few days of doing market research, I came back and Zaheed provided us the same caring and friendly attitude. As we were getting ready to make a selection, the store manager introduced herself. She was even nicer and very welcoming. “As a former Kia owner who has gone through the buying process four times with them, and always dreaded the haggling, I was truly impressed by the transparent and pressure-free environment at this dealership. Before my visit, I made a call, and they had the Out The Door Price ready along with the specific version of the TAOS I wanted to test drive, all set up and waiting for me. They provided me with the genuine value of my trade-in without any games. I drove away in my new car in what felt like under two hours. I did have to make a few calls to the dealership regarding setting up roadside assistance, as newer cars require an app installation, which I’m not fond of due to privacy concerns. However, the dealership was responsive to all my inquiries and even gave me the roadside assistance phone number for future reference. Anyone who knows me understands that I dislike spending money, but this dealership made the entire process as smooth as I could have hoped for. I genuinely felt satisfied with the experience. Regarding the car itself, I have a Base Model TAOS 2026, and I am absolutely enjoying it. My previous Kia was a Soul, and the TAOS is an upgrade in nearly every aspect, with just a couple of minor exceptions. I wish the side mirrors were slightly larger, but they do include “blind spot” warning lights on the mirrors. Additionally, the backup camera was more layered in my old car. That said, the TAOS engine outperforms Kia significantly. It feels luxurious above its price, and with the rear seats down, its cargo space is a bit larger than the Soul, which is crucial for my work needs, ensuring I can fit everything I used to carry in the Soul. This car is also quite attractive. It has, looks, power and practical utility. People have been inquiring about it, and I enthusiastically share my love for both the car and the dealership.
