“I looked online proactively for a vehicle on multiple sites searching multiple makes and models after our vehicle was unexpectedly totaled after being hit at a red light. Scott Thompson called me the next day from Winter Haven Honda after I put in info online the night prior. Honestly, he was the most genuine person right off the bat. Of course he wants to sell a vehicle because that is their job, but he took time to truly listen to our situation and understood that we wouldn’t be purchasing yet as I was looking online after what had happened. He never called to bug me about when I was coming in, he simply sent me options to look at based on what I said over the phone and asked me to let him know when I’d like to make an appointment to come meet with him and check a few out. That meant so much as I already have a ton going on! My hubs and I had some time this last Friday to test drive, so I called Scott and we went directly there.
