Update 2/27/2026
If you are purchasing a vehicle from G7 I would advise you to take the vehicle to a mechanic to do a look over under the hood. I purchased a vehicle in Dec 2025 without doing this and even though I purchased the extended warranty I am still having to pay for a temp cooling issues my car is having. My total invoice for my coolant issues is $3,000. Even though I have a warranty this is how much I had to come out of pocket! I haven't even had the car 6 month yet and experiencing major issues like this. Do yourself a favor and before you buy a car from this dealership get it checked out!â

âBUYER BEWARE â My experience has been exhausting, discouraging, and unacceptable
In May, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership because I was in a sudden and desperate position with my previous car. This was one of those âanyone can apply and be approvedâ places, and while the process appeared smooth and transparent at first, that turned out to be completely misleading.
I was only given one key at the time of sale and was told another would be ordered. Just two hours later, I attended my sisterâs graduation and became locked out of my own car â because the key they gave me does NOT match the door.
I paid $200 for a locksmith, who immediately said any person with common sense could see the keys donât match the vehicle. When I contacted my salesman, instead of taking accountability, he told me I âwasnât turning the key hard enough.â I was literally being dismissed while stranded.
After this, I took the vehicle back to have the converter checked and the locks fixed. I was without my car nearly the entire day. When I picked it up:
⢠They did not provide new keys
⢠The converter was only âlooked atâ
⢠A random sensor was replaced instead
⢠And within 10 minutes of driving off, my check engine light came back on
Fast forward 8 months later:
⢠My check engine light continues to turn on and off
⢠My car still cannot be locked without calling a locksmith
⢠I had difficulty even receiving my license plate
⢠I still cannot access my paperwork
⢠No one returns my calls
⢠And my original salesman conveniently âno longer works thereâ and told me he moved into a different field â basically wishing me luck.
I am a single woman, often alone, and it has been very clear that Iâve been taken advantage of because they know I need this car. I purchased a warranty, yet not a single issue has been resolved since May.
I am financed through the dealership, not a bank, so I am completely stuck in this situation â including a trade-in plan that now feels like another trap.
This post is to warn others before they find themselves in the same nightmare.
This has been tiring, humiliating, financially draining, and emotionally overwhelming.
If anyone from management is reading this: reach out and fix this.
This is not how honest businesses operateâ
