“I called and asked if I could schedule a front end alignment. The response I was given was, "No!," with no further explanation. So, I asked if they still do them. He said, "Yeah, but it will be two weeks out." I said, "Okay. Thank you," and hung up. He didn't offer that explanation until I asked. He didn't say, "Yes, we do them, but we're booked up for the next two weeks. Would you like to schedule it anyway?" He definitely needs some customer service training. They always do my front end alignments, but won't be doing anymore after today.”
