“They had my truck for a month fixed some stuff on my 2018 f150. I am not happy with it at all. It still doing the same thing it was doing a month ago. So I have had this truck for a month only drove it for a week after I bought it so. Plus when they had it they didn't give me rental to drive why they had so i had to find rides to work or use vacation time. They need to make this right this third vechile i have got from them and never had a problem with the other 2 so why this one. I am pissed off or should I say past pissed off whatever that is................

“There is not a star low enough for this. I went to buy a new ram truck there with an online price of $50,138 once I got in there they told me they had a third party who posted their prices and that was not the right price and changed it to $57,9 something. Do not waste your time going to this dealer. Third party has nothing to do with trying to make a ton of extra money.”

“Absolutely will NEVER come back to this place- if I can help it. They had our vehicle for one day shy of a MONTH. Couldn’t diagnose it. Couldn’t figure out the problem. Then told us since finally the part was on back order( after it being forgotten about and not ordered) we could come get the car and drive it till the strut came in. They couldn’t even guarantee that replacing parts( that were brand new) with factory parts, would fix the popping noise in the front end… had the car 3 weeks- before even mentioning or offering to call our extended warranty company, to ask if they’d cover a rental for us( which, don’t worry- we already had it figured out, no help to them). I have asked and asked and asked to speak to the service supervisor’s boss- to which I was told at one point, the service supervisor passed my info along to. It just now seems that they’re all avoiding me. Which is fine. I was still expected to pay for our deductible that we have through the extended warranty company- which is WILD, after everything we’ve been through. Especially someone FORGETTING to order our part. Which, come to find out— WAS THE MAIN PART THAT NEEDED FIXED AND NEEDED ORDERED( the strut) besides a few smaller parts to build the strut. When I asked “would we still be in this situation, if the part wasn’t forgotten to be ordered?” I got an “absolutely not.” So, they admitted they forgot to order the part. They admitted that we wouldn’t have had to wait an EXTRA month( 9 weeks and a day, after dropping it off for diagnosis) before having a vehicle that didn’t pop when turning. But told us they couldn’t help us out, and cover the warranty’s deductible because it goes straight to the extended warranty company. Which- I fully understand. But in this situation, I feel like they should have had to pay for it. Also, at one point,,when I brought up they should have to pay for the deductible- it was mentioned that he isn’t charging me the extra hours of diagnostic time, because the extended warranty companies only like to pay for an hour, and his tech had worked a lot longer than that- to diagnose the issue…. Which- if you charge the warranty company for one hour of diagnostic time- that’s on you. And that’s between you two. Don’t act like you’re doing me a favor, by not charging me; what you should have charged them. WILD. Still even mind blowing you’re gonna charge a diagnostic fee, when you can’t even DIAGNOSE the problem… it was mentioned SEVERAL of times to the service supervisor- Jeff- that I do not/did not, believe a single word that came out of anyone’s mouth there- because I was told MULTIPLE times, that I’d expect a phone call back, before end of day… to which I’ve still never received those calls, to this day. Then, low and behold, if Jeff didn’t start doing the same thing! Constant. Lies. “I’ll call you by end of business day” lmfao, 90-120 business days later. Maybe.”
