I had the great pleasure of working with Thomas Walsh to purchase my dream 911. Since I was buying out of state, Tom had made the process as easy and smooth as I can imagine, he’s super responsive in answering various questions I had and getting me the details I need to sign up for Porsche insurance program. I also enjoyed working with Chris from Finance Department, he explained some add-ons I can consider but wasn’t pushy when I didn’t get any. He made sure all paperwork was done upfront remotely and all I needed was focus on enjoying the pickup process when the day came! I also love the team proactively reached out on airport pickup with a beautiful red Cayenne. I’ll definitely consider getting my next Porsche from them.

Great customer experience. Absolutely first class attention. Chandler Deal had me as a customer from the first inquiry by phone. Good deal and warranty as it is a CPO. If you are interested in a Porsche go see Porsche of Wilmington last Thursday and you will not be hasseled just happy!!! I purchased a 2025 718.

Recently purchased a Cayenne gts from a listing I saw online. Patrick was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had about the car. Patrick had everything ready for me when I got to the dealership and made the process quick and simple. If anyone is looking to get a car, ask for Patrick!

I’ve had my cars serviced at Porsche Wilmington nearly a dozen times over the last three years. The service team at Porsche Wilmington is fantastic. Caleb, Kevin, Jackie, and Artist always go the extra mile. I have third-party warranties on my vehicles, and Caleb goes above and beyond to ensure the warranty company covers my repairs. On multiple occasions, the warranty company has initially denied coverage, but Caleb has worked his magic to ensure it gets covered! I’ve been to other Porsche dealerships where this doesn’t happen.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I purchased our first Porsche, a 2010 Boxster, out of state. We got the car home, but even though it had undergone extensive service on the convertible top mechanism, it stopped working upon our arrival home. The entire Service Team at Porsche Wilmington was incredible. They worked tirelessly, coordinating with the out-of-state Porsche dealership, where the original service was completed, and our Service Advisor, Caleb, was fantastic, friendly, and professional as we came to a resolution. Our Service Tech, J.R., did a great job fixing the top and noticed a few overlooked and needed repairs. We had a great experience at Porsche Wilmington, and they will always have our business.
