“I was there today looking at cars walking around the lot approximately 3:55pm to 4:15pm and not a single person engaged me. I even walked in and used the men's room. My family and I have bought several cars from there when it was Schaefer BMW customer service was on point. I was thinking about trading in my daughter's old SUV and was looking at the 2019 850I BMW that has been sitting on the lot for weeks, btw you may want to remove the pine straw at the base of the windshield. For the record it was not that busy I assure you. I've been online looking at other dealerships. Merry Christmas. Update 2,10,26 drove 6 hours little outside of Atlanta got same make and model , with the exception of coupe versus convertible. Mileage was 3 thousand miles apart walked in with cash saved myself essentially $6k and got a mini vacation and better looking car. I will never buy another car from Wilmington BMW I encourage you to go online and you will find much better deals down the road. Note: Never heard back from anyone from Wilmington BMW after initial review.”
