As I stood by the vehicle I was interested in, a porter named Omar noticed me waiting. He quickly stopped what he was doing, approached me with a genuine, enthusiastic greeting, and immediately apologized for the wait. He explained that the sales team was currently tied up and offered to get the keys so I could explore the car in the meantime. Omar was incredibly helpful and accommodating—the absolute definition of a customer-centric employee. He grabbed the keys, pulled the car out, and invited me to check it out. I later found out it was only his second day on the job! Talk about a great first impression; this young man has a bright future ahead of him. Omar then introduced me to Sean Toler, who became my salesman. Sean did an amazing job. He truly listened to my needs and concerns, ultimately putting together a fair deal that I was thrilled with. While waiting for the finance manager, several other salesmen and managers made it a point to introduce themselves and chat. It was a seamless, exceptional experience from start to finish. I was able to put down a deposit and fill out all the paperwork remotely. I flew from Maryland to Midway and took a Lyft about 25 min to the dealer.
