At no time was I pressured or urged to settle. He got me the car I wanted at a great price, took care of the plates and insurance, had the car detailed snd did it all in a very short time. “Hope to never have to come back here. You pull in and no one greets you or gives you direction. I stopped a man with a West Herr shirt that told me where to go finally. I requested the shuttle when I made the appointment. They seem to have no idea I needed it. I was advised to wait for the shuttle in the waiting area which is outside and its 31 degrees outside.
