“I purchased a BRAND NEW 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation with 20 miles on it from this dealership and this is what it looked like underneath. After noticing the rust I returned to the dealership and they basically laughed in my face and told me something like this is “normal” and there was nothing they could do. Even after purchasing the extended warranty on the vehicle. He even made me look at other new vehicles trying to compare the rust… there was nothing rusting on these other vehicles. I am so upset that I spent over 53k on a brand new vehicle to only just have it look like this. I will never purchase from this dealership again. Not only was the rust so evident on these parts, the inside of the vehicle came with A LOT of dirt on the windows inside, the controllers inside were dirty and the windshield wiper spray on the back of the vehicle sprays the incorrect way. I am so disappointed with my purchase and the fact that they even were confident to sell me this vehicle.”

I asked him about a certain vehicle they had on their lot, and unfortunately it was already in contract within 3 days of being there. I wanted that certain type of vehicle, same color and everything.
