Got a call back from someone named "Ken" who politely explained the Nissan service center was preforming Alfa Romeo service, and offered the name of the Master Tech. In my book, that's excellent customer service and a nice surprise to get service locally for this car. I haven't owned a lot of different brands. I prefer to specialize in certain ones. Now, an Italian car brand new in the midst of industry upheaval, lol what's not to like??? It's fine. This car is amazing, and I researched reliability, which is actually good. Resale in Europe is strong, seeming better than "normal" brands. I didn't buy this car for economy or bean-counting purposes. It'd be great to get the brand back where it belongs. I'm sold.”
