“Overall a great experience with this dealership. My saleswoman Theresa was experienced at her job, went the extra mile, and I felt like she truly cared about me. I would recommend asking for her when you come in! The loan officer (I didn’t get his name) was such a sweet guy who made me feel like he wanted the best for me. There was a small issue with my used car soon after purchasing, but the dealership had the upmost integrity getting it handled. They didn’t have to per my “as-is” contract, but CJ made sure I didn’t leave unhappy. Matt, my service representative, communicated with me through the whole repair process and was very helpful, patient, and kind. My only negative experience was with the sales manager, Randy. I know it’s his job to be a tough negotiator, but he made me feel patronized during our interactions. Service and parts department is A1 on top of everything. I have not had better service at any Ford store anywhere in the United States and I’ve traveled a lot. It is now my go to dealer.
