“Good experience overall. Great communication and the job status updates were very helpful and informative. I did pay $300+ for a coolant fluid exchange which I was told by the customer service rep that it would help the heat in my car. After the job was completed, there has been no change in the heat in my care. Air still blows but doesn’t get warm, just like before the service. Also was told they did a multipoint inspection which included looking at my tires however the technician failed to know my front driver side tire had been punctured by a nail.”
