“Purchased a Used 2021 Cadilllac CT5 on the last day of February. I submitted my trade in info through their website (Car had 234K Miles, so wasn't worth much) and made an appointment for Saturday through Nick in internet sales. I showed up, and was paired up with Jim Harrison for a salesman. We took it for a ride, he ran through some of the features, which was impressive as it was a used Caddy at an Audi dealer. We sat down with the numbers sheet they had made an initial offer on my trade and their asking price. We chatted, I made an offer at what I felt was beneficial to me without being a jerk. We agreed at that price as long as I signed all the paper work that day. I came back that afternoon and finalized it, they took care of the registration next business day, and then I swung by for a sticker.
