My saleswoman, Casey, was absolutely amazing too! Her energy matched my energy and she felt like a long time friend helping me through this process. She's even checked in on me a few times since purchasing the car too, so you really become a part of the Lexus family when you buy a new car. The financing process was incredibly smooth as well. The team goes through all the new features in the car with you, and they were incredibly patient with me as I asked a million questions about all the small things. My favorite little detail that make this dealer extra special is the giant bow they put on your car so you really feel like your buying yourself the best new present! 10/10 would recommend McGrath Lexus of Westmont!”

“I know as a woman purchasing alone can be intimidating, especially after already having bad experiences at other dealerships but Bridgette in Sales, Aldo in Finance, and the Manager Justin made the process so smooth, comfortable, and easy. Bridgette was my sales consultant and she was so amazing! I originally thought I wanted to see the NX but quickly realized I wanted something larger. Bridgette showed me the RX and we went for a test drive. The car was amazing but I worried it was above my original budget. It also wasn't the interior I wanted (I really wanted tan interior) She said to me "Let's look at one more". Of course it was my dream color inside and out and the pricing was in my budget!
